The worst part of the reply is the part about Major off- shore investors.

No one in their right mind with the knowledge of what Wah Nam are,would take their offer.
Off-shore investors must know more than normal share holders do.
Off-shore investors must know who is going to be involved with Wah Nam if they succeed in getting BRM.They would have to be happy with the other parties involved putting a solution forward to get the iron ore to Port.
Wah Nam would have had to tell the off-shore investors the names of companies behind them.
