great posts. tough call i reckon. im all for corporate governance and investor rights. but i agree that OBJ is subject to daytraders who are trigger happy hence the volatility of sp. perception of materialness of news could swing the sp either way(regardless of reality). i personally think its material but its not the first nor last time companies are faced with dilemmas like this. if he doesnt email back post it on www.dearceo.net - strength in numbers.
