Note that the actual points made in the email were just as relevant to a shareholders interests and their HC post here, and thus was the reason for the posting here on HC.

I tend to think that the original announcement WAS 'material' and 'price sensitive' (and still is) but to admit to that under yesterdays ASX request would force OBJ to have to break their disclosure to GSK - thus the best way out was to simply SAY that it is 'non material'. I was trying to bring that to HC readers attention. That's just an observation and opinion on my part. Could be wrong.
