I think you'll find 'material' to the company means generating revenue for the company now or at some point in the future.
The announcement refers only to an 'Evaluation Agreement'.
At this point in time GSK are only evaluating OBJ's technology.
The announcement is significant to OBJ but isn't material.
There is a difference.
