    'Dear GS Investor,
besides answering the Denis and Co allegations with warnings of "impending doom" for anyone that may care to take advantage of their services in a class action against the company and it's directors, GS has announced that the vote is on again. (see their web site) This will be their 3rd attempt to get us, the original plantation investors, off their balance sheet and off their land in return for a few shares. In the case of say the 1998 year, they intend to give us for example 4606 shares which at 17 cents per share would net us about 783 dollars on the market for our original investment of about 3,000 plus dollars (plus insurance).

Without going into all the same arguments again, do you need shares or did you ever want shares in a company run as badly as these results would indicate? Do you want to be reliant on he sorts of people who have the gall to front up with all this confusing paper work and moving the dates time again in order to add to the confusion, just to get out of the obligation that they originally gave to you to actually pay you back for your timber and for investing in their scheme?

Again we must all vote against the proposal!

This time even I am confused in reading all the fine print! It appears as though you original proxies saying "against" may still be considered valid. I am taking no chances.

I am writing to the company to assure myself that my proxies still stand and I am writing to ASIC to inform them that by now it is my opinion that not all of the investors have a clear understanding of where the "vote" is up to and what is involved.

It may be prudent for you to do the same......'
