    I think I will need more time to understand the value in the proposed transaction and IPO to make/form an opinion.

    What I will say is that there is a plan and there may be some value for us BSR shareholders.

    We need to see the prospectus to see what value they will be bring into their float from BSR.

    Just my thoughts at this stage in the process.
