Bishop Preso (on website) for current cap raise..suggests BSR holders will receive $2m shares plus an other $3m shares on JORC confo. So $5m out of total market cap of $55m = 9% of Bishop. The $55m prob incudes the value of Ghana assets...so not really like for like.
