    Yeah dumbird, could be anytime between now and say August for the ILUA. It is a significant hurdle that once crossed will see a flurry of development and progress.

    The current market sentiment has killed off buyer interest in most stocks, however as quickly as it came it can disappear. Just be ready for the August rally IMO. ;)
