It,s funny how much of the Commentary on the CFE site is centered around Sage and his quirks.My personal opinion on TS is he is a genuine guy who does care about shareholders interests and he gets results.I'd like to think CFE is more than just a one man show and he does have a talented team around him.A lot of attention is being paid to the Copperco transaction and the offloading of the aqquired assets,and of course Marampa.Which is understable.
But the company maker for CFE was the original Cape Lambert transaction which was aqquired in a Bull market from RIO and then sold at multiples of purchase price.
Sage may be out of the ordinary and a little prone to the natural born salesmans tendency to exageration.But if you want to invest in a company where the CEO is conservative and ordinary,your likely to get ordinary results.
