1st, there is no way I can "prove" it because the news was NOT from the formal announcement or ADY, the real proof will ADY's announcement and it's up to ADY's discretion when to announce it. I don't want to get into legal trouble, either.

2nd, I'm not as good as some of you guys in t+3 area so can't bother that kind of trading as I might get heart attack. If you look at all my posts then you know how I trade. Again, can't prove it in reality.

3rd, I think we just got too many traders here and down/up ramping the stock when they think it's good for their benefits even though we do have good contributors here. It take time for the company to do, negociate and there will be delays but IT IS VERY VERY NORMAL IF YOU'VE EVER RUN A BUSINESS BEFORE! 1+1 not necessarily add up to 2 or 10, it doesn't happen very often in the reality!
