You are making the assumption here that by posting the news on a stock forum it will somehow drive the price up enough to make a profit?
Someone I think you have an inflated opinion of the number of investors in a firm who use this site. Perhaps for a very small thinly traded company it may work but not for a company that maintains a reasonable volume.
I have no reason to not believe the information nor do I have reason to believe it - its just information and can be used by some to make an investment decision. It wouldn't be any shock to find the news coming from China before ADY announce it, that has happened in many other cases with other firms.
I've weighed things up and had another nibble in at 16.5, figure its worth the risk since the upside of the good news is far greater than the downside of the continued silence - seems the right odds for me.
