Sar76...I'm not just fairly sure ...I could say it will be for sure...What do you think they just plague us here at FAR....PVD will get its fair share of the trolls etc (nutbags).. once it starts to spark...I think you would agree with that sentiment?... and no, it wasnt a ramp...PVD has been discussed on FAR site before when it came under the topic of "The next FAR".. I thnk its a good one for researching...thats my point.
