Noise.....
FAR have made some strong words about this find being transformational, there was a direct comparison with he Jubilee field.
Then there is the Senegal government talking about production in 2019...in numerous reports.
Cath would look like a twit if production was not possible. So would the chief Geo of Petrosen and the President of Senegal.
The Jubilee comparison in particular is obvious and intentional by FAR. With tight hole policy in place by CNE they're limited in what they can say. BUT the comparison says it all.
