Firstly I am please they drilled the well and found oil. But the oil reservoir are thin and contain different API oils. Even with contingent reserves proven doesn't mean they can be economically produced. The reason jubilee is such a successful field is due to a much higher net to gross reservoir.
So I expect they will announced a couple of follow up wells, most likely towards the coast east. Again great.
But that is the second reason I am not yet willing to invest in far as how is far going to pay for these new well.
There will be a tine to invest in far once these questions are answered
Having said that another poster mentioned that one of the bigger players might take far out or I suppose buy far out of the permit.
