Well I read it exactly as it says. In other words they have no announcements pending and they are looking for long term value so don't expect anything in the the near future.
About the only positive is now GOR and the rest of the smaller goldies and various indexes are sitting on an RSI oversold condition. You usually get a bounce reasonably near to this - no guarantees of a good one though. More like the splat of a dead cat in many cases.
