What dilution? If the company is listed on another exchange it works out the same. Stock is just spread over the two and if US investors start buying, the share price goes up. It does cause more liquidity but generally if there are more investors the share price becomes more stable. (In theory).
Bring on the listing I say. US investors would jump all over this I would think. Especially with the publicity it has and will generate in the New York area.
Another no brainer for me. Just wish I had more to throw at this thing at these prices.
