Thanks for the email Nick. I hold heads and a few options. I'm less confident in my options being worth anything after reading PBs response.

"We are hopeful shareholders exercise their right" tells me they don't have much to influence the decision before the expiry. Perhaps they are hopeful that investors will exercise OTM options (if SP is not too far OTM). Investors might choose to do this because they mostly hold heads and want the options converted for the sake of their main investment, or as there are 20M or so options, someone who wants a large volume might use options to keep their average price low, eg buy up options as they head to 0, exercise them all and then buy on market.

Thanks again. I'll still keep my options to expiry rather than take 3c now. There's always an outside change of a decent move with TNG .
