1)Is it because the market thinks this deal IS going ahead?
OR
2)The market thinks this deal is NOT going ahead?
OR
3)Are people getting out because of the uncertainty?
OR
4)Have people just had enough?
OR
5)The price is being driven down to make the offer look good?
OR
6)A full takeover is coming?
If anybody new any of these it would be easier to make a decision on which way to vote.
