And to run the counter argument:

Who are the people who would be on a "better" BoD ?

Anyone in at any % point potentially can TO a company, no matter what they "promise"

And seriously:

Where do you think SP will be if the final vote is "no" ?

And please give me some convincing arguments for you prediction and not just "SP will go thru' the roof" ........

Time for the "no camp" to go and do some work and not just "send the yes camp with their shopping list and it better be....." -that's just plain rude.
