It's a no vote from me.
Quite simply No business should EVER give up its majority ownership if at all possible.
I would rather see slow SH and company growth than rapid company growth and no SH growth.
I still have got a few years ahead of me I hope, so aren't to concerned about a quick buck like it appears the BODs are.
