Re FML, we don't have too many options open to us as I see it.
1. Go with the deal and see how the dice rolls, we may be on the back of a good run or not;
2. do nothing and we just fade away.
I barely survived the 2008 crisis (oxiana my big killer) and find I have very little trust for managements and believe they all tend to look after their own interests first.
With Shandong we have a chance, without Shandong I don't believe we have much going for us as we will be classified as a "distressed asset".
I have decided "yes" . . . and now I will see what unfolds.
