Dear Sir/Madam,
   I have been a shareholder since 2008 when it was Comdek LTD with the hope that the company would be viable and that myself and other shareholders would reap the benefits. Since then all I have seen is the share price tumble lower and lower to what it is now 0.037¢.

The last information to come from the company was 17^th March 2016 which was the “updated securities trading policy” when will I and other loyal shareholders be given some good news in regards to the operations of the mine or at least what stage we are at in regards to producing?

Reply: Thank you for your email dated 16th April

Since its appointment late last year the new board has endeavoured to improve communication with the shareholders through the release of updates from the Chairman. I attach copies of the updates released to date. The next update is scheduled for mid May after our next board meeting

Completion of the construction of the mine is dependent on us securing the required debt funding. I can assure you that all of our efforts are focussed on this objective and I am pleased that we are making good progress. At present I remain confident that we will close the funding by end August 2016 thus enabling us to commence the balance of the construction during the final quarter of 2016. On this time table we should complete the construction phase end 2018 and be delivering saleable coal to the domestic and international markets at the beginning of 2019
