Defab: Personally i think that you should prob not officially or unofficially call yourself a CER PR entity. Atleast not without talking to CER first. Not sure what complications could arise from this but just seems like it could be thought of as misleading for maybe new members or people that might read single posts ect.

There is the possibility that as shareholders of CER we could bring up the possibility of having a PR department at a GM or something. Im not sure if it is worth spending the money on at the moment, however it may help the shareprice better represent the company. Also it may assist in the communication between CER (investor relations ect) and the public and shareholders, ie; to push for more frequent discloser to the market as well as bringing the focus back to Centro on a whole and CER surviving and not being another fatal victim of the past 18mths economic climate
