FAO Stephen Carter
Stephen,
I am currently a share holder, and I am very concerned about the state of affairs at the moment, You explained to the market on the 14th Sep, the director at PhotoPharma had been in an accident, this was nearly a week ago, have you spoken to this person yet, or if it?s not possible to speak to him is there someone else you can deal with. As you can see with the share price, the market is getting very frustrated. A lot of long term holders are holding out but for how long. You stated a few months ago the shareholders of EMS were not happy with the lack of communication from management, and here we are today still in the dark about something that could destroy this company.
I also cannot understand for the life of me why EMS decided to take themselves out of the trading halt without even any contact from PhotoPharma, the ASX had already granted a trading halt until Tuesday, we could have at least waited until then.
You state in the Announcement dated the 14th Sep that you expect the Ghana and Tanzania trials to go ahead as soon as the financial situation is sorted out. You have not even explained to the market what financial situation we are dealing with. I feel as shareholders we deserve the whole story not just you couldn?t contact the director because of an accident.
I know there is a lot of work being done that we don?t know about but leaving us all in the dark is not helping anyone.
I hope we hear something soon.
Thanks for your time
James
