    Dear Alcyone,

    I am one of the many shareholders in your company and would appreciate if the below points can be clarified -

    * If the agreement with Bergen is still in place or has it been cancelled. What was the floor price as per the announcement on 26 February
    * Conditions (Rate of interest, duration) of the promissory note to raise $2.5M as per the company announcement of 15 March.
