understandable and totally ok if yr not spending capital on 'non revenue generating' schemes
if the discipline is tight, then revenue recognition over the course of contract delivery will be eventually realised as 'cash'
but yeh if operating as such, you cannot be expanding using working capital..
they just got too complex
i think it is going to be important to establish exactly how much 'recognised revenue' is yet to be received and furthermore, how much contracted revenue is yet to be supplied / earned.. surely this would be an asset
the AUS govt has to come clean here as well though they have dragged EOS through endless testing development even primed them for C4 which EOS probably didn't make a dime out of, yet they are sitting on their hands with contracts
