the way it stands if shareholders suspect something fishy going on they are entitled to email ASX enforcements department and other bodies in this area to ask if the ASX is aware of the issues, the ASX then depending on its approach issue a speeding ticket once it is aware and the company has to issue a response to a pelase explain.
