Well, a shareholders meeting should be organised and held in Perth, as soon as possible , prior to the actual EGM.
We can elect 2-3 alternative directors to take over , until the next AGM, when official elections will take place.
As you said, ANYONE will do a better job than the double W(hammy), we are presently "blessed" with.........
