Perhaps they know that if they buy at .001 & dump them back on at .002 and leave them there until some idiot buys them they've doubled their dough... It's been happening with this dog for months.... better odds than the Crown Casino and they save on the air fares and room costs !

Almost been tempted to get on the end of the .001 line myself.
