I took the liberty of sending this email to APG (12.46pm) as it seems we need to clarify exactly who is in-line for a fee increase, and what they might think about nb1's excellent idea.....

Good Afternoon

Could you please advise:

1. Who is considered a director for the purposes of the proposed increase in directors fees?

2. Would those considered directors in 1 above, have any objection to the proposal that in lieu of a fee increase, they are issued with 300,000 free shares each, if the APG share price reaches 50c by COB on the day before the 2008 AGM. (50C *300,000shares = $150,000).
