One of the problems with lifestyle companies is they know Mum & Dad investors don't have the money to start a class action. Class actions are very expensive. Thats also why public companies have legal insurance in case they are taken to court. Directors are untouchable unless a failure of their company duties can be proven.
Being useless at what you do, is not a failure sadly.
As the Happy Crowd always say. "The company is run by lawyers so they know what they are doing."
