Dear Embassy Staff Member,I tried sending an email with information on reducing CO2 emissions into the atmosphere,to Arnand Rousseau Head of the FNSEA,but it was blocked.Understandable I suppose.The email contained details of a way CO2 emissions can be reduced to offset the emissions, farming is considered to be responsible for. It is my belief it could provide common ground for the French government and farmers to arrive at.The science behind it has been proven in practice and it is in increasing use commercially.It has and is being met with opposition from established bodies who see it as a threat to their business.May I call upon you to forward the email to Monsieur Arnand? And please investigate its contents to satisfy yourselves as to its genuine qualities and validity. I will forward the details to you prior to a decision to send it or not on request.Veuillez m'excuser d'ecrire en Anglais .Mon Francais est tres mal.
