Actually one question that no-one has asked and that is, who owns the IP of the exchange.
My scepticism thinks that there is a potential for a cunning plan here by Phua. If he owns the IP, and I wouldn't put it past him to organise this.- maybe by offsetting monies owed from BPG to him for the IP, then he lets BPG go into receivership and he walks away with the exchange ready to set up somewhere else.
Sorry, I know that's negative but I haven't discussed this before. Any thoughts on this?
Shame "the rest of us shareholders" don't have enough votes to oust the directors and try and sell the exchange and recoup some capital.
