You are correct. There is no current investigation by ASIC. The hold up is the current ASX investigation and stated in the market release in February. There is no substantial IP in the exchange. The software is 3rd party and not of their design. The exchange is not offering anything out of the ordinary and my understanding is that their only claim to fame is that this will be the only current ASX listed stock that has a Crypto exchange.
When the stock finaly comes out of suspension it may increase in value if the company has some substantial announcement.
