    I spoke to my broker and he said that the merger break was 'mutual' but t'was GBG shareholders that pushed for it...
    Also I thought it was all 'proposed' not signed and sealed. I would be surprised and sickened if SDL has to drop its pants to get rooted considering it was 'Mutual' (and perhaps heavily GBG backed) termination.
