I wanted to just get some information on the following points if i could please.

On the 27th of April an announcement was released regarding there will be a share holder meeting to seek approval of the issue of new securities.

I am currently involved in another small spec stock which also held a large number
Of unmarketable parcels that have been sold to a third party which cleaned the share register up.
The company was called Sirius Resources stock code: Sir
In the latest annual report 2009 it is mentioned that there is 5639 holders owning parcels under 125,000 units.
Is Cluff considering taking the same path as Sirius Resources?
