Below is the question I have asked.

I asked you a question a while back on the phone about the announcement coming out before
FIRB approval. You said there would be one before FIRB approval is given.

Now, I am just wondering, if FIRB approval will be necessary. I say this, because, as you
know rumours abound all the time, but it was mentioned that you indicated to a fellow
shareholder that it might not be. If so, could you elaborate in any way, if possible, why
eg. SP down, american company or two separate agreements or the deal not passing the
threshold etc. Or if an announcement is forthcoming to the market that will suffice.
