    Fair point. We are left to guess what their aims are with each well..but we do know that relinquishments are required, and we do know that Tiof development will be costly ...so its fair to assume perhaps that more new areas to develop in the near-term may not be number 1 priority.

    We are just guessing .. and can't see why we shouldn't KNOW!!!
