    even if you get no response .. I hope at least ALL the right people at HDR read it.

    Ching is looking weak, TIOF is uncertain, and our latest oil find is in a landlocked, unstable, 3rd world African country with no existing infrastructure for refinement or transportation.

    IMHO .. Guyane - curently - is the only strong shining light at the end of the tunnel -- but the tunnel is getting longer and the light is getting dimmer.
