Dear Sir

I must express my diappointment at the actions of KAH inreagrds to the board of EXT. First you call an EGM to remove the chairman, which was successful and now because your arn't happy with the new director you now wnat him removed and one other director.

These actions have and will cost EXT many more dollars. IN your letter to shareholders you said you were doing in the interest of all holders. I'm sorry I don't belive you and feel that you intentions are to get as much of EXT for as cheap as possible and have no regard for the small shareholders.

What is next after you remove these 2 directors another EGM and remove Peter.

Wouldn't it be better for all to save the expense of an EGM an us it on additinal drilling rigs to prove aup zone 3 of Rossing.
