What possible reason would Lynas have for touting publicly the operational readiness of the plant in the face of the politicians who are deciding on the T.O.L and who are extremely sensitive to the public angst surrounding that same plant.
Lynas need to do exactly as they are doing - tread softly and remain quiet until the fat lady sings.
Leave them alone !
