I emailed the management regarding SPP if it was as he said a reward to the LT shareholders and ex Bon Holders it would only fair to fill LT holders application in full before allocating to the multitude of $500 lot buyers. They would probably sell as soon as available thus creating further downward pressure on share price. My email was endorsed by other LT holders you never know pressure from S/H may have some effect on the boards decision. This is their reply:

At this stage we are preparing the full details of the offer, including what structure in terms of over – subscription and scale – back will be required, however as per the original announcement the intention is to reward our long – term shareholders and to encourage Bonaparte shareholders to participate.
