    All companies will look after their long-term holders before the opportunists. Providing incentives for long-term holders is not something new, its part and parcel. Certainly not breaking the law. Ever see sophisticated placements? Often they are for the benefit of long-term holders, or a minority few.

    Not sure what you're getting at here really. The company explicitly stated they wanted to benefit the long-term shareholders (not that I think the SPP does). If it was illegal why would they blatantly state that?
