    my understanding is that director's of public companies need to work for the benefit of ALL shareholders....all this talk of long term holders being treated different seems to be wanting AD to actually break corporate law...

    a shareholder is a shareholder is a shareholder..it is arrogant to assume some of you need special treatment..
