A believer in the business and PB, but a few things I would like some further clarity on... waiting on reply. May have to wait to the AGM but worth a try.

Item 8 and 11 are a double hit of funding. I realize we need the cash to move forward, but do we need both?
Item 4. & 5. Correct me if I?m wrong but we still have about $2M of this not drawn upon, plus you still have the O?Connel street properties to be sold + potential Grants.
Item 11. If a Major Cornerstone investor wants in, then make him buy half his stake on the market(125,000,000 shares), issue 125,000,000 balance at .010 and allow 1:1 attaching option converted at say $0.015 until 2015. This should have the effect of raising the SP, good for all concerned.
Item 8. I would then agree to item 8 if really required, but with revenues starting to roll and potential HDA JV with upfront payment, I would really hope we only go down this path if really required. Once again if the SP is much higher do we really need to issue 400,000,000 shares
I and many others firmly believe in your vision and where you are taking the business, but we seem to be at a point where many income streams are about to kick into gear, we have to stop giving away large chunks of the business for peanuts dilutes all our holdings
