thanks for your enquiry. The Independent Expert was commissioned some time ago. I had, in fact, a meeting with them yesterday to finalise any and all outstanding requirements. They have all but finished their Report and are now awaiting a review of the Offer Agreement from Mooter to all of the Hot Shot Media Pty Ltd shareholders (an offer that will be subject to Mooter shareholders approval) and the final joint venture agreement that will operate between the joint venturers following the acquisition of Hot Shot Media Pty Ltd. Both of those agreements are currently being finalised by Mooter's lawyers.


As you would appreciate, I cannot give you an exact date on the launch of the hallmark projects for a number of reasons. The obvious and principal ones being (i) the disclosure element and (ii) that the companies cannot and will not prejudice the commercial value of these projects by an early and exposed release into a highly competitive marketplace. Those projects remain on track in terms of their development and sequential release.
