    Did you ever get a reply to this @Tomasp ? What has happened to CGBRep, he stated he was going to be more active once relisting occurred yet other than the initial week or so has been pretty much absent.

    Can we get confirmation that the directors have not exercised their rights as per the resolution in the EGM to participate in the raising or are they seeking further waivers from the ASX to extend the 3 month deadline?
