Because I would like to know the company's response to these 3 Questions so that I can do exactly what you say and take responsibility for my own investment.
They are very valid questions, and IMO deserves a response, so that I can accurately assess the company and its decisions in the best way possible and make an informed decision on my end (buy/hold/sell).
