You will find that generally during the clean up process only half is ever recovered of what they injected, so if 25,000 barrels have been recovered so far out of 50,000 then they would not be to far away at all from flow testing.
Many people may think that they are only half way into the clean up process, but that is not the case.
As they said in their annoucements they are significantly advanced.
