Without wishing to upset everyone I think that this forum has made too much of this. Councils get emails regularly from those that think they have an interest.In fact I think it is high time that some of councils processes do get challenged after-all we don't seem to really flock to vote for them do we. People knock on the Ombudsman's door daily - This is life. The newspaper in Tennessee gets letters all the time.

Really sometimes we overstate our importance - I cannot see how any communication from anyone will unduly influence anyone in this process.

Management are paid to do the job but if you wish to do something that's your right. I wouldn't but that's me nor would I presume that management are not already doing it anyway.
